Package Your Items
Securely place the unused ASOBU® products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
